  The diameter of the upper and lower corrugating rollers of the Composite Machine is generally 250-350mm, and there are several grooves on the surface of the upper corrugating roller for inlaying the guide board. However, in order to calculate the pre tightening force and strength of fastening bolts, 48crmoa steel is generally used. After surface heat treatment, cold treatment or surface cold treatment, its hardness is generally above HRC55.

  The corrugating roll of the Composite Machine is divided into upper corrugating roll and lower corrugating roll. The upper and lower roll surfaces are female. The two rolls are matched and assembled, and the meshing mechanism is different from the common gear transmission. The lower corrugating roller is the driving roller, the shaft end is equipped with gear, and the motor drives the lower corrugating roller to rotate through the reducer. The upper corrugating roll is the driven roll, which is driven by the teeth of the upper roll and the lower roll.
